I am french, and I’ve been living in Berlin since 2016. I was born in the early '90s, and my professional journey has been shaped by my first passion for filmmaking. I studied production and I started working on film sets in 2010. It was during a shoot in 2015 that I met my german husband. Berlin has since become a place where I’ve built a life filled with creativity, connection, and, ultimately, a family.
In 2020, we welcomed our son, right in the middle of the pandemic. The uncertainty of giving birth in a hospital without my partner led me to choose a home birth, a decision that profoundly impacted me. It wasn’t just about the physical experience of bringing life into the world; it was an emotional journey that showed me how important support is during such an intense time. I saw how essential it was for women to feel heard, and empowered.
Speaking with other moms and hearing their diverse birth stories made me want to offer the emotional presence and support that I felt was missing for so many. This led me to train as a doula, a role that has allowed me to witness the incredible strength and resilience of mothers. It’s inspiring to watch a woman embrace her own power and see how, with the right support, she can navigate her birth experience with confidence and strength.
Balancing my life as a doula, working on artistic projects, and nurturing my own family brings me a deep sense of fulfillment. These experiences allow me to show up for each new mom with emotional availability, enthusiasm, and genuine joy.
I can be your Doula in French, English and German
My Trainings :
- January 2024 : Doula Training with Melanie Schöne at MELMIC: I deepen my understanding of what it means to truly be present for a mother. I learned to create a space where moms feel safe and supported.
- September 2024 : 4 online courses by the French National College of Midwifery : prepare your Birth - Mental Health around the birth - Pelvic protection and training - Breastfeeding, everyone’s business
- October 2024 : prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher training
I’m also planning more maternity-related training for 2025 because I believe there’s always more to learn and share.
